Client Background

Continual Beauty operates in the health and wellness sector, providing services to a growing consumer base. Their HackerHer app delivers personalized wellness and beauty insights directly to users, handling sensitive personal health data that requires airtight security and compliance standards.

For co-founders, Andre and Latoya Brown, wearing multiple hats was slowing down CCPA certification to unlock a critical revenue stream — and keep the business moving forward.

The Problem

Continual Beauty started the CCPA compliance process on their own and hit a wall fast. They had a GRC platform in place, but the support wasn’t there to actually get the work done.
